Under the spell from an early age... |
Under the spell from the tender age of ten, Jack has been into magic for the past 30 years. He didn't have much choice really as his grandfather invented and made magic tricks and his father dabbled in magic and taught Jack how to master the well-known cups and balls trick, which he used as a party piece to entertain friends and family when he was growing up.

Fast forward to age 21 and Jack joined his first magic society the Wessex Magical Association based in Bournemouth, where he was drafted at the time, during his 22 years service with the Royal Marines. Later drafted to the west country, Jack decided to join the Plymouth Magic Circle where he has served as President and is currently an Inner Member - a privileged membership that you acquire after about ten years.

During his service career, Jack carried on with magic as a hobby and could often be found entertaining at the Officers' Mess. Since leaving the Royal Marines in 1996, Jack turned professional and has honed his magic skills and technique, gaining rave reviews not only for his relaxed intimate style but also for his sheer professionalism. |
